- Banana-1 piece
- Cinnamon-1/2 tsp
- Honey -1 tbsp
- Water-1 cup
DIRECTIONS TO USE
- In a blender add banana and blend it well.
- Then add cinnamon,honey,water and blend it well.
- After blending,drink the juice completely.

- Take it when you feel like vomiting.
